Love Dr. Shpritz and his staff. Accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable. Been a 10 plus year patient and wouldnt go anywhere else.

One of the best dentists I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, he did some fillings on my son and was so nice and professional throughout the whole experience, the staff was super nice and the office itself clean, couldn't be happier to have found Dr. Shpritz.

I scheduled routine cleaning appointments six months in advance. They canceled my appointment, 30 minutes before my scheduled time. I was placed on a “waitlist” to reschedule. The following month, they canceled my daughter’s appointment. She was placed on that same list. Three months later, we still don’t have rescheduled appointments.

If you're looking for a family dentist, this is the place. Denise and Dr. Shpritz are both patient and super helpful when you have a kiddo that has anxiety about seeing the dentist. The office is clean and has friendly staff to assist with scheduling.

I have been going to Dr. Shpritz since I have been old enough to go to the dentist. Myself, my husband, and both of my children go here also. I will not go anywhere else!

Last Year, I had an emergency root canal done at York Endodontics, and I went to Dr. Shpritz to get my crown done. Dr. Shpritz himself is one of the best dentists in the area, however, he employs staff that have no care in the world. Somehow, in the middle of the fiscal year, they tried telling me that my insurance policy changed, that Shpritz now doesn't work with my insurance (although i got a cleaning there maybe 2 months beforehand) and something that was going to cost $275, now costs $1700. That's not the worst part. They did the first half of the procedure without telling me this, and refused to finish the service until everything was paid. This procedure never would have happened if i knew this. Because of this, and they're refusal to help me in any capacity, that tooth needs removed. So i spent around $500 dollars (that they won't refund) for them to really mess my mouth up. Extremely disappointing, after going to them for years, they just treat you like any other random person off the street. Isn't this why people go to Family owned practices instead? I will be actively telling coworkers, family and friends to not go here.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this dental office and truly cannot recommend them enough. Even though they are a full family practice, our children are currently the ones being seen here, and the care they receive is exceptional. The entire team is warm, patient, and incredibly kind. They go above and beyond to make our kids feel comfortable and at ease, taking the time to explain everything in a way that is reassuring and never overwhelming. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in the quality of care they provide. As a parent, it means so much to have a dental team we can fully trust with our children’s health. Their professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail truly stand out. We would absolutely love to transition our entire family here in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy dental office.

I was very pleased with my visit at this office. Everyone from the front desk to the Dentist, was wonderful. During my cleaning the Dentist came and introduced himself. They all made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a highly professional office.

Make sure YOU call your dental insurance company to verify cost before proceeding with anything. I was told they called my insurance company and verified I would only be required to pay approximately $300 for a night guard. (Side note: i could have created the same thing with a $50 kit from Amazon) After my insurance company didn't cover the outstanding $700 balance I paid for it with my HSA and told them I'd deal with the insurance company for the refund. They gave me the date they "called" my dental insurance to "verify" my cost... Turns out no one ever called my dental insurance company on the date they said they did, or they would have been told my family met the annual limit of coverages. Once I found this out I made numerous attempts to talk with their staff to discuss their lie, which cost me $700... Unfortunately, no one retuned my calls after I left s message noting that their staff never did call to verify cost like they told me they did. I even suggested i pay for 1/2 of the balance, as it was my error for trusting they did what they told me they did... It's been over 2 years and no one from their office can call me back after I left numerous messages to discuss this. Years of being a loyal patient who always paid on time and brought my entire family here meant nothing in the end. Their lie cost me $700, and that's just not okay.
